Meet Ana

My name is Ana, and I’m the owner of Diamond Medi Spa.

I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 30 years, and I still am in love with the industry.
I live and breathe beauty, and I can’t imagine doing anything else.

I have to say, it all started when I was about 7 years old. My mum would take me to a beauty salon where she would have a facial, a pedicure, and have her hair done every 6 weeks.

Seeing the transformation in my mum, not just the physical, but the emotional change. It then created a genuine desire to help others to look and feel their best.

I knew from then, that I wanted to be in the beauty industry!!

The last 15 years, my main focus has shifted to holistic skin treatments and tattooing.
This is where my 2 main values align, they would be growth and contribution.

You can never stop learning when it comes to the skin, tattooing, and the beauty industry, but also the most important to me, is to connect with the clients, sharing my knowledge and creating the transformation that creates confidence and self-esteem in them.

I started DMS IN Nov 2012, after leaving my franchise business which I ran for over 10 years.

My aim was to create a luxurious and welcoming place with a homey feel, breaking away from traditional clinical white.

I wanted my clients to walk in feeling relaxed and calm, knowing they can trust us and more importantly, completely switch off from the outside world.

Running your own business can be tough, wearing different hats, and the 12-hour days, but it’s very rewarding watching someone’s transformation when the client gains self-confidence through healthier skin.
